Art for Recovery

Please join us for our virtual Art for Recovery Event on Wednesday, October 20th at 6:30pm.  Our Virtual Silent Auction will begin on Monday, October 4th and run to October 20th.  Our art will be displayed at ArtSpace from September 20th to October 20th for your viewing pleasure.  ArtSpace is located at 6567 Townsquare, Lima, OH  45801.  Their hours are 10:00 to 5:00 - Tuesday to Friday and 10:00 to 2:00 on Saturday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to register?

Yes, to be able to purchase tickets or make a donation you will have to register on the GiveSmart site.

I am not available the evening of the event can I make a donation instead?

Yes, we appreciate donations in lieu of ticket purchases. all you need to do is click on the donate button and follow the prompts.

How will we be able to view the event?

A link via text and email notification will be sent out prior to the event. 

How will we find out who won the raffles?

We will announce the winners the night of the event. The winners will receive an email and text notification. A Coleman staff member will then call within 24 hours of the event to arrange pick up/delivery.

*You must purchase a ticket to be eligible for the drawing.

How do I pay for my item once I win?

We require that you put a credit card on file when bidding on items for an easy, quick check out. Any credit or debit card will work. At the end of the night on 10/20, you'll be able to go to your activity and check out with just a few clicks! If you prefer to pay by check, please reach out to Cathy Zinn ([email protected]) for information on how to send in your payment.

How does the silent auction work?

We will be using mobile bidding the night of the virtual event for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!

How do I participate in the online bidding auction?

Get started online through this auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid.

How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.
 

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been out bid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.

How will I collect my winnings?
Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate them to Coleman Heath Services. Contact Adah Ellerbrock at adah.ellerbrock@colemanservices to arrange for pick-up.
